Happy with Birthday Gift
I purchased this as a birthday gift for my daughter. She’s pretty happy with it. Very excited that she can use her own coffee grounds in it. I have given it a 4 star rating as we are yet to see how it goes in the long run. It does have a lot going for it with the three different ways of making coffee. My husband is interested in one for his office if it goes well for my daughter .

Good Idea but needs some refinement
There is quite a bit of after flow with both pods and ground. Cleaning the ground is messy as have to wash the whole unit because ground coffee is worse than sand.
