This gel is very effective. I need to put ointment in my eye every night but top up with this when I wake during the night. I also use this if I need to lie down for a short time in the day. Although it needed to come from Australia it didn’t cost too much. Really recommend. I love the gel drops but they seem to be very hard to find.
