Not happy with product
Seats are very hard to rotate as it would seem that the ball bearing race does not function as it should. The seat bases were soft in some areas and the screws to hold it down would not tighten into the seat. There were many grinding marks on the frame that were painted over.

Easy to assemble
I feel I must admit that I has a problem with one of the stools being uneven on the floor, but I fixed it with a little packing and I am happy. It is worth noting that the do not have adjustable height.
