The Global Classic Meat Chopper 16cm is the perfect knife for smashing through bones and cutting up large portions of meat. With thicker steel than ordinary Classic knives, it can handle the repeated blows of going through bone, making it the only Global knife that can be used like a hammer. You can also use the Meat Chopper for particularly heavy vegetables where a smaller knife might get stuck.
