After having used wall mounted hoses in the past that continued to jam on retracting the hose. I am really impressed with this product as it works every time which surprised me especially as it has to rewind 30 metres of hose; plus, it's possible to get to the retraction mechanism through a flap on the top if a jam should ever occur, an excellent feature. The brass connectors are of good quality too and it all performs to specification. It comes complete with a wall mounting bracket and is easy to install if you have a drill to drill the holes.

Good value hose, seems to be robust, but instructions to instal bracket incorrect, suggests an 8 mm hole for dynabolts but you need a 12 mm drill bit to install..would have also preferred a click noise when hose can be locked, similar to my old one. We shall see in the future how durable it is...
