Very good for Pressure Cooking, No big enough for doing much canning though.
Heller is an extremely good product, I have other Heller products & there great. I wanted to do some canning in this Pot. I needed something that would take 1 Lt Jar's, this one didn't. So I was disappointed. This pot will do canning for me, But, only hold 4 x 500 Lt jars at one time.

Very convenient and easy to use. Makes for very quick easy meals too. The pressure cooker makes it very fast to make tender meat stews, lentils, soups etc. All at a very reasonable price too, especially from KG with their 20% discounts.

Great features for the price
I was a bit skeptical when buying this pressure cooker as I couldn't find any resources on it online. Heller doesn't mention it on their website and it only appears to be sold at very limited places. I'm glad I pulled the trigger finally (was motivated by the stainless steel inner pot). The cooker appears to be of good quality and hasn't failed me in cooking yet. It's as easy to use as any other electric pressure cooker and is quiet and convenient. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

Love the stainless steel bowl- no issues with sticking :)
I held off buying a pressure cooker for so long because I wanted an electric model with a stainless steel bowl, but most manufacturers use non stick coating on their bowls.(not sure why) I was so excited when I found that Heller makes a stainless version. I was a bit concerned that I may have trouble with food sticking but have not had any issue. I made a lovely pea and ham soup in 10 minutes which would normally take 1 and a half hours to cook. Pros: Stainless Bowl and inner lid (no nasty non stick coating) Set and forget Traditional recipes can be converted and cooking time substantially reduced which is great for a busy family. Cons: Instruction manual did not give basic cooking instructions for things like rice. There were a few recipes included but I had to google how to cook rice. I found a good site that suggested boiling water to test the machine which is a great idea As with any pressure cooker the cooking times are only pressure cooking time, you also have to wait for the machine to arrive to pressure before it starts to cook. This can take anywhere of up to 15 minutes depending on your recipe (A trap for new players). This is the same for all pressure cookers not just the Heller one, but good to be aware of. There is no low pressure setting, but you can just reduce the cooking time 6 litre is only really suited to cooking for a family of 4 (and you cant actually fill to 6l due to maximum fill guidelines). Overall: Great machine for the price highly recommended, most cons I mentioned relate to all pressure cookersRead full review
