Great way to get up and moving while still getting to play games! I Love the stretching and workout routines. The step aerobics are great especially when you raise the Wii-board off the ground a few inches. I like how it helps you find your center of gravity and visually helps you to correct everything. All of my kids,ranging from 3 to 19 love playing this and competing with the pets!

Wii Fit Plus is great for people looking to get healthier. It brings you in slowly, but I saw results within a week. There are lots of balance improving activities and core strengtheners.
