Product is identical to genuine original. vehicle was a troopy 5 door GXL so a little bit tedious to program but that is Toyotas factory settings and nothing to do with the supplier. Works well. Always better to pay a little more and get quality product.

1998 landcruiser 100 series
found instructions on 'l c o o l . o r g' on how to program vehicle to accept new remote. Took only a couple of minutes. It has instructions to follow if you have a functioning remote, and others to follow if you have no functioning remote (slightly more difficult but do-able) No special tools required.

Right part number but instructions supplied didn’t include my car (1999 Hilux). $80 for Toyota to program it was a bummer. Works great though.

Further aussie youtube instruction
Basic written instructions supplied were not enough to work out how to easily reprogram without a remote. I youtubed 'how to program remote to landruiser 1999 GXL 100 series australia' and got a great video instruction by an Aussie kid named Lachy - and sorted it out quickly folliwing him.
