Bought this for myself to get abit of cardio in, works really well for a sub 50 dollar product. However, there are a couple of things. Gloves: the package does come with gloves, however they are of very poor quality, and for what the product is, are unnecessary. Of it was a free standing heavy bag then yes gloves would be needed. I purchased a set of mma style gel gloves that are better suited to this product. Base: Im over 6ft and 120kgs, so when doing a harder hit such as a hook or uppercut the base does become unbalanced. To rectify this simply use a 10kg weight and slide it down over the pole. Overall it seems like a decent product for the price point and im getting some excersise so im happy.
