Really happy with this product especially that it doesn't have any strong synthetic smells as I have mcs. This affects me neurologically when I can smell anything but especially synthetic substances. I know this has synthetic wadding so I was pleasantly surprised I didn't react.I won't say it's cured me of my sleeping problems but definitely 10% better maybe more. I'm not fidgeting quite as much so I'm probably getting off to sleep sooner
