Works well. Very fast. Easy to setup for my 1Gbps NBN connection. QOS shaping works very well. Great value for money. Not as advanced as a CISCO but does heaps for the price and suits my home office needs very well. Beware that the built in 8 port switch only has a 1Gbps backplane so if you need fast switching and VLAN's etc. make sure you get another switch with a 10Gbps SPF+ port and connect it to this router that way. Also doesn't do OPEN VPN only L2TP.

The UDM Pro has great features set and covered most day to day usage, also suitable for most small to medium type of organisations. The throughput is also great, with my existing 100mbits plan, I have managed to squeeze average 102mbits instead of 90-92mbits of my outdated Cisco ASA with DPI enabled. If anyone using Unifi ecosystem devices, this will added more control to the network devices and security with full view of network layout and clients access. I would recommend this product for anyone love to have more visibility of their network traffic and usage, however some basic network/firewall is required initially to configure the device.

Easy to setup and the software in this thing works. Can access remotely to see either the network status or the cameras connected to it. Fits into a standard rack and takes a variety of HDD's. I added 8Tb of drive space and that allows recording of 40+ days from 6 cameras running 24/7. The rest of my network is Ubiquiti and all the components work together. This thing is highly configurable but also easy to use. Lots of support and help available online in the forum or on YouTube.
