This is a substantial item of furniture for less than $100 so you’d expect the instructions to be a little questionable. Construction took time and you need to be a bit thoughtful with it and take your time. Don’t put the big hinges on until the smaller ones are affixed. The guide marks for the small screws weren’t in the correct places but the screws are self tapping so it’s not difficult to figure out the correct alignment yourself. The inclusion of a screwdriver was super appreciated! I didn’t expect it to be so well lined, and that’s a bonus. In spite of a slightly challenging construction, if you’re after a bargain version of this type of thing, this is it. The colour is lovely, and once constructed, the box is solid.
