Bluetooth sunglasses need to do two things well: they need to work as sunglasses and to reliably deliver good sound. The Bose frames do both these things. As sunglasses they are lightweight, comfortable and reduce glare without being unnecessarily dark. As a Bluetooth headset they connect reliably, and the sound is quite clear. These use 'open ear' technology so they can't achieve the same bass performance as ear buds that seal the canal, but the open ear design has the advantage the wearer can hear sounds from the environment as well as from the headset. The Bose frames do not use bone conduction, so the sound is not completely private, but the design seems to let less sound leak out that other designs I have tested. All in all, they do what they advertise with Bose quality.
