just got our new pan 36cm , steaks last night and pancakes this morning. what a great pan. the steaks cooked up great with real even heat, they all cooked up great. the pancakes this morning were terrific. we could cook 4 big ones at the same time, and with the heat turned well down from whare we normally have it, now looking to buy the smaller scan pan as well
