The product was ok just it was the wrong size, the bearing i needed was smaller for my jockey wheel. Not knowing the bearing number as it was old and rusted i looked for that type of bearing and found this one, the add for the bearing did not have diameter or hole size i thought it was ok. It would be handy to have sizes on the add as it would be better for old blokes like me.

Good quality, I used on a generic brand jockey wheel and bearings were to small to fit on shaft so I had to die grind bore of bearings to allow them to fit, other wise no problems?

The jocky wheel on my caravan became very hard to use, almost immposible to bring the caravan up to the tow ball level. On pulling the jocky wheel apart I found the thrust bearing in pieces. I ordered a new one and it arrived very promptly. It was very easy to fit and pack with greese. I can now raise the front of my caravan with little effort.
