Fast post and this item is of superior quality to the new replacement we had purchased from Stokes in Mitcham Melbourne! Their one was $78.00 and the rear bearing is not fully sealed as this sellers one is. The metal fan replacements have proper pressings for added strength and better and bigger nuts and screws for better longevity/endurance. I wish i had my hands on this one first! The unit feels heavier and this is because of the better sizes of every thing and not cut to the bone!

Just make sure you check the dimensions of your new element - as long as it physically fits it should work. Pay attention when removing the old element so you know how the new one fits. Can't tell the difference between the original broken one and this replacement. Certainly bakes just as well.

This element was so easy to install (once I realised that the element circled the rear fan). Remove the back panel and the fan cover inside the stove. Be sure to make the most of having the oven apart and give it a good clean. Also only do the work if you are qualified to disconnect the power to the oven
