I find it convenient to have everthing in one kit for the air-still (no suggar included) but, and there is a but, :( I found the yeast to be a bit slow compared to other turbo yeasts. If you have the time its a great product and I would recommend it. Is it good value? considering you can get 750ml from a 4lt cask of wine for $10? ... No!
