Perfect knives every time, effortless & fast.
The CHEFS CHOICE 120 electric knife sharpener is magnificent. I used to take 20 to 30 minutes to make a knife sharp enough to be useable. Never have I been able to get a perfect cutting edge despite spending many hundreds of dollars in the past on many different types of sharpening systems. With Chefs Choice 120 , I was able to get an almost perfect sharp knife in less than 3 minutes. and it was sharp enough to shave with. Now, with a little practice ( 2 knives) I can turn a very blunt knife into a razor sharp edge in less than a minute. My knives are now sharp enough to shave with and can easily slice through a sheet of paper. Razor sharp and the best they have ever been. Perfect knives, no effort and in less than a minute each. A great item, I recommend the CHEFS CHOICE 120 to anybody wanting a superior knife sharpening machine.Read full review

An incredible quality time saver!
I've long been obsessed with keeping the knives in my kitchen razor sharp and for years I've been doing that caringly with my wet stone, I was always doubtful about using an electronic version. But being busy has made me finally resort to this, and I was not at all dissapointed! This sharpener totally cleared my doubts about high quality electric knife sharpeners! Absolutely fantastic quality. Would recomend to absolutely anyone!

Razor Sharpened
My kitchen knives were super blunt. Tried sharpening stone - took me almost an hour to sharpen one knife. Using the Chefs Choice - took me just over 1 hr to sharpen X9 knives to give a razor-sharp edge. Money well spent.
