Bought Searles Cougard Insecticide to treat the bronze orange bugs on my citrus trees as the sales of Confidor was banned for some time. After trying a few other products to no avail, I sprayed this product when it arrived, and it does seem to have worked. I am pleased to have found something actually worked to control the stinky bugs. I’d have to spray one more time this spring after the rains that are forecasted this week. Delivery by Auspost took overly long time though … it could have been due to the lockdown. Overall so far so good.

In my opinion all these garden chemicals are overpriced. I would prefer to use organic products anyway. That said, only chemical products work effectively on Hibiscus beetle and similar. The Conguard was sprayed as directed and seems to knock them down. I must respray in a fortnight to kill the next generation!
