This is a great phone not as bulky as its cousins and very light easier on the pocket as it fits. Looked at others but this has all the bells and whistles without the weight and bulky feeling.

This phone is not from australia as was implied...therefor it cannot be fixed in australia and fails to have warranty. It also is not programmed to do what is expected of a samsung phone here in australia. The last one i bought from hongkong is 100 times better than this one from united emirates. The location it was programmed was not mentioned in the advertisement or sale information. This should be mentioned in all products. What a real let down. The one i bought from hongkong couldnt be fixed here in australia so its in the bin ! I should have spent $1000 on an aussie product instead of two from other countries. Both times i thought the programming would suit aussie requirements. This info should be noted on the advertisement. Very dissapointed. I hate this phone.

I personally wasn't happy with this phone and have sent it back. The functions didn't always perform as they should eg phone reception was poor in places I didn't have a problem with on my iPhone. And google maps wouldn't actually work to direct me where I was going, once I arrived at destination it would tell me I was there, weird. No t happy
