Great for home use. Follow instructions and it will start easily. Powerful. A bit of a blade wobble and be ready to buy a new blade as existing one does not last long at all. Real downside for me was the drive belt was to big and had to buy new one immediately to make it cut. They could have at least got that right. After replacing blade and belt I'm extremely happy with it considering YOU ALWAYS GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. My YES to " Is it of good quality?" Is good enough.

Too late to phone you I can’t contact you at all. It was delivered Thursday, I spent Friday morning preparing to do the job. Friday afternoon this happens and now we have the weekend lost. Out of the box filled with new fuel mixed 25:1. Choke on. Start switch on. Pull start cord. I have pulled on the start cord on and off 50 or more times. Giving it a rest in between in case it flooded. Nothing it won’t even try to fire. Is there something I’m not doing to make it start? I do own several other small engine machines and have no trouble starting any of them. I can see signs that it has been running at some stage it has been used, is it a dud that was returned to you and just sent out again and hope for the best.

I'm a professional concrete cutter (ICUT Concrete Sydney PTY LTD) and can compare this machine to the 14" Husqvarna K760 which is the best 14" petrol machine available and is similar in size but worth around $1350. This machine doesn't have a decompression valve which is not troublesome on other machines which makes it a bit hard to start and I doubt the starter cord system will last. The engine vibrates extremely heavily which transmits through the hands making it useless for a professional that uses power tools all day. The way the blade bolts on is extremely poorly made and the blade wobbles unless at full RPMs which makes it useless for 30mm expansion cutting in places a soft cut machine can't fit which is one reason I purchased it. The supplied blade I didn't bother trying as I can see it has little to no diamonds in it similar blades are worth around $39. The good news is this machine has a lot of power and can run at any angle which is more than I can say for the over priced Makitas and Stihls. It actually has almost the same power as the 760 which I was actually impressed with. Parts are not available for this machine either unlike a Husky which ANY part is available regardless of age and with no decompression valve and extremely harsh vibration I can't see it lasting long. I strongly suggest to stay away from this machine unless you don't care about having arthritis or it being useless after the warranty period.Read full review

Not so much for construction thou. I have been using it on a civil site cutting 450mm dicl (metal) pipe and it has been good but no where near the $2200 husqvarna's. Fit for purpose done a good job.

I found it easy to use. When cutting the cutter stays straight and does not require a lot of strength to hold it. The depth it cuts is great. Keep in mind safety first is paramount.
