I bought this as a 'hit or miss' I didn't have much faith But it turned out to be a hit, I strongly recommend it for anybody ho follows the healthy lifestyle In all seriousness the potato tastes god without seasoning with this, just plane microwaved potato I microwave it in a 900W microwave oven for 3 minutes and a half The only downside that it only fits 20 slices, I wish they doubled that, but not a big deal
