I purchased the pole saw/ pole hedge trimmer combo. I love the hedge trimmer, for a battery powered tool I was a bit worried it might not have enough power but it does. It powered through my boganvillias without any problem. I cut 15 metres of them and the battery still hasn't gone flat. The chainsaw attachment isn't that great. It doesn't seem to have enough grunt to cut through much. It bounces off the wood being cut and if you put a lot of pressure it finally cuts but it's not a clean cut. More like hacking through. But it does eventually cut through even around 3 metres above ground so it gets the job done. It has a self oiler but it doesn't work, instead just leaks when not in use. I emptied the oil out and manually oiled the bar and chain myself. It'll be great for small home jobs but I don't expect years of life. Good for smaller jobs. Trimmer trims up to 14mm, but for larger jobs you have to use the chainsaw, which does an "O K" job. If you do a lot of work you are better off with a 4 stroke or 2 stroke petrol powered version. Is well finished, & the 1.5Ah battery gives a reasonable performance & gets better after several uses & recharges.

My pole chainsaw and hedge trimmer arrived quickly, undamaged and was well packaged. The only real assembly needed was fitting the chainsaw blade which was pretty simple. It also came with the oil. I’m very pleased with this purchase. It was received very quickly, was easy to put together and certainly the pole chain saw works very well. Unfortunately I have only used it once so can’t really comment on its durability. As yet I haven’t used the hedge trimmer. The battery seemed to last well but I must say I would have like the opportunity to purchase a second lithium battery.

late review been very busy, product for value its good. con does not like dead dry wood gets stuck, oil before and after use including each blade. charge time is odd sometimes 7h sometimes 2h, gets around 15min before charge is to low and it gets stuck due to lake of power. but iv cut a overgrown claiming honey suckle that takes days by hand 20min with this, and a gum tree 2 inch breaches. arrived fast wish they sold batteries by them self iv get two more. oh its very top heavy, i have a bung arm but still did not cause pain.
