The story is ok if you like historical romance on a Mills and Boon level. The film quality is good but the acting could be more convincing. The concept of time travel is intriguing.

I love the Outlander series but NOTE: You must source PART 2 to watch Season One in its entirety. I made this mistake and accidentally purchased Part 2 first before realising that you need to purchase Part 1 of the first season in two separate DVDs which was pretty annoying, but in the end, is an awesome series.
