I have used several of these patches to date and while it can not be said they "Cure" the condition they do provide a reduction in my back pain level. I use them in conjunction with medically prescribed pain relief. I can assess the benefit of the patches by not using them or using them and not my medicine. I find it important to place the patches at the point of most pain. I also find it necessary to retain them with tape as their adhesion is not adequate.
