I'm extremely impressed with the dolly as it works better than i thought it would. After unpacking, tighten the wheels to the chassis. I also opened a couple of the holders up slightly and a small amount of lube to the axles to give the wheels a little less drag to move the bike. I roll the back wheel onto a 20 mm thick paving tile as the old FJ1200 is hard enough to get onto the centre stand and position the dolly so the stand is against the front edge with the dolly's brake on and then get the bike on the stand. I thought the brake would be hard to operate with a 300 kg bike on it, but was surprised how easy it could be changed from lock to unlock and back. I have now cleared up a massive amount of room in the garage as the bike can be very easily moved around. I have seen these advertised out of Europe at 4 times the price, you can't go past these. Check the height of the foot lever on your centre stand. For a Yamaha Mt09 Tracer the stand has to be positioned at the front of the plate as the foot lever will hit the back and not allow the stand to lock in place. I ended up positioning the feet diagonally across the plate to allow better weight distribution. Also the plastic wheels were stiff to move once the bike is on. I found a little grease on the axles works better. Overall the product works OK for the price.

Good design, strong, good quality. I use it under my Honda Blackbird (220kg) no problem. Makes manoeuvring in the garage very easy. Unfortunately, I cant use it under my 2009 BMWF650 GS Twin as the stand design is too wide for the trolley. Having said that I have noticed later model GS's have a redisgned stand that should fit. It is a quality product.

When mounted, my bike keeps the front wheel on the ground so you move it by steering the dolly while turning the front wheel in desired direction. You can't balance the bike on the stand with both wheels off the ground unless you are superman! The good: compact simple sturdy construction, brake to stop it moving when mounting the bike. The bad: floor has to be clean and smooth with no grit or pebbles; won't move on soft, coarse or carpet surfaces.

Good value for money, easy to use, enables movement in confined spaces.
