Appears to be good quality and is a reasonably quiet fan while using it. It runs quieter than some other brands I have seen. Great for those hot nights when traveling and can be powered from a USB power bank/pack or cordless tools battery with USB. This saves the need of carrying electrical cords and extension cables. Have not had the fan long so I do not know about the longevity, but being it is the Heller brand it should go okay and be electrically safe.
