There was no real protection, like padding in the envelop for the screen while shipping, but it arrived undamaged. The screen its self was able to take the force needed to install it, other then that, it looks and fits fine. Only, I ordered the wrong replacement screen lens, lol. But, forgetting my mistake, I am happy with this screen lens.
