The Shoulder Strap is way too short and it has not additional stray on the side of the bag for the hand to hold and balance. It is very hard to pull the full bag with massage table in it from the boot of my car. It is poorly designed, without consideration of the person to carry a fully laden portable massage table to their healthy and safety.
