No instructions but a simple if somewhat clumsy mechanism. At this price you can’t expect too much but it is impossible to adjust this seat to allow a 176cm adult to fit comfortably. You need to sit with a curved back. The headrest is also uncomfortable as your teeth rest on a metal bar. Not entirely unfit for purpose but I’m sure this chair will be going out with the hard rubbish before long.
