Reasonable quality for reasonable price.
Arrived in good package. There is a little chip on one of the wooden frame. Setting up went on wrong steps as instructions was not very clear. The wooden frame are solid with good nut and bolts. Finally set up and ready to go. All good so far.

Poor quality
Holes in frame not drilled accurately so lining up screws for the round part holding the wheels is almost impossible. An hour or two of struggling may get it in... Seat pad screw holes are the same - not aligned. Pivot bolts too thin for load and will probably bend in a few weeks. Screw adjuster too flimsy so will probably break in a few weeks. Main frame a bit light for the load. Cheap & nasty but what you would expect for the price. Pay more for quality - it will be worth it.

Pretty good product but needs slight improvement
I love the look of the chair and it complements the furnishings in my office better than most available chairs of this type. I find it is a great boost to my posture and removes any desire to slouch into a chair! The cushioning on the top part of the chair is not as good as I would have hoped for. I spend a lot of time in this chair, and after a few hours of compression on that seat, I need to get up and move around and do something different somewhere else for a while, before returning to the the kneeling chair.

Actually ok, considering the low price
The chair works, works well and will likely last. The overall quality is pretty average. On ours the castors have a mind of their own and I suspect the fixing holes for them were drilling wrong. Construction required a little more DIY skills than your average piece of flat pack. But at less than $100, still very good value.
