For my 05 liberty it required some modification. The mounting holes were slightly off, just needed to widen them a little bit. There's also a bit at the back that sits out a little bit which was stopping my door card from going back on without touching the speaker. Was easy enough to trim with a decent, short, retractable knife. Overall happy with the end result, I'd hoped fit and finish would be better being a part designed specifically for these cars. If you have the tools and a bit of time these are great. If you want something that just fits, nothing required, these might not work for you.
