This is a very comfortable pillow with good support for the neck in all sleeping positions. However, my only complaint would be that the latex is hot on warm summer nights and I have to use a different pillow.

The pillows were softer and lighter than I expected, the perforations being surprisingly large compared to the impressions I had from the online images. "Uh-oh" was my first impression. However, the perforations make for a pretty robust but well-ventilated surface and I appreciate the contouring that enables me to fine-tune my head positioning for a comfortable and relaxing sleep. In the first week of use I have slept really well and wake fully rested. Usually I find it difficult to drop off to sleep with my usual pillows (duck down, solid latex memory, etc - I had 4 to test every night to find the right combination on a day-to-day basis) but have had no problems with these two. Surprisingly good for the money, we have had them for quite a while now and no issues, no complaints, two different heights on the same pillow is good if you are a restless sleeper, I did find that if you are someone who puts your hand on your shoulder while side sleeping the curve on the large side moves the pillow a bit far away from your head, this is easily resolved by turning the pillow over, then your hand goes into the hollow of the curve and your head gets full support. Very comfortable then.
