This herbal tea is really beneficial for asthmatic people
I have been taking this tea for three weeks now . I have seen lot of improvements in my lung function .No more mucus , no wheezing sounds, and no more heaviness on my chest . Am doing lot of walking now .. morning and afternoon without getting puffed out and no pressure on my lungs . Really good for asthmatic people .

This tea has some effect on my smoking-related cough. It's subtle but it does make me cough less. So I would recommend trying it to people who have respiratory issues. And I found it doesn't taste too bad either. I've been having one cup in the mornings and evenings and sometimes one in the middle of the day. And in case you're wondering I'm about as far as you can get from an alternative lifestyler.
