For an older edition textbook, it's absolutely essential.
Health Assessment & Physical Examination is a great textbook for any nursing or health care professionals, providing science-based evidence and clinical skills. It has an abundance of in-text references, which greatly help for assessment. Be weary though, this is the previous edition - content may have changed, and this may have outdated research.
