I bought tin of derwent artists watercolour pencils when i was doing a bachelor of art at uni and i've had them for over two decades now, so when my mum took up the adult colouring craze i wanted to get a tin of the same pencils but found them now out of my price range, so when i found the derwent academy watercolour pencils at a much cheaper price i bought them. the quality is not quite the same as the derwent artist pencils but in comparison with other watercolour pencils out there they are by far better quality. If you like colouring but not a fine artist these are the ones to get, if you are a fine artist then these are good for colour study rough sketches, but for fine art you're going to have to pay a bigger price for the best quality.
