I use this instead of deep heat now and it does actually help. I also find tiger balm to be maybe a little bit more helpful but still recommend this product especially if you’re sensitive to products like deep heat and tiger balm. You can’t feel it straight away but after a few minutes you can feel it tingling. It’s also really reasonably priced!
