I have been doing alot of bodypump training at home and using my normal bench press. I purchased with product as it allowed me to mimic a lot of the exercises used during the workouts. It was at an awesome price and easy to pack away after workouts. Same models as previous bodypump steps you can find at any gym. Now I can utilise this step benches for other workouts provided by Les Mills programs.

The bench is relatively lightweight, but larger and more stable than the one I'd been using, which means its also much safer. It's also one level higher, so I can "step up" my workouts even more.
