I got this headset because I am now working from home, and the headset that my employer provider was subpar at best. I do have ocasssiooni issues with hearing callers but that is I belive more likely do to the equipment I am using. It's comfortable if you don't wear earrrings. You can hook up to a usb port, not the new usb c ports. You can control the volumn, as well as mute calls on the devicd itself. It came brand new, with a carrying case, which I found very nice.

Like many reviews stated, great for voice, not so much for music. I agree. That being said, this headset is comfortable for long hours of usage, great for softphone/ voip, and even a cell phone.
