I was disappointed to find that I had to attach the re-usable plastic circular piece at the top every time I changed the nappy bag. It is an extra fiddly thing you have to do when you are looking after a little one. It is also less hygienic. The last lot I bought did not require this so I was a little disappointed when I realised these were different.

The bags are a good price, but I didn't like the fact the ring at the top is removable and you only replace the plastic bags. I prefer the prior ones I bought where the plastic ring was attached to the bag and the whole thing was disposable. It made things alot easier. But if you are willing to keep changing the bags over.
