Saw my favourite bread maker utube video, Ellys sourdough budget loaf. When she cut the loaf the next morning I noticed she was a leftie and how well the knife cut the loaf. Amazing cut
I have used other bread knives of good repute. This knife gives the best cut so far. It’s so sharp that cutting through crusty sourdough bread is a breeze. I think the slightly curved blade makes it easier to saw through bread. I m very happy with it.
