Braided Sleeve Heat Shield1/2" (12.7mm) I.D Suit Hose -5,(-6 PTFE), 1m (3 AF91-9001 91-9001 Aeroflow's braided sleeve is lightweight and extremely flexible. It is braided from fiberglass yarns and coated with high temperature resins. It can be used for insulating wire bundles or cables as well protecting against damage caused by abrasion from sharp edges, high impacts and vibration. With a tough woven construction, this braided heat sleeve withstands up to 500oC (932oF) and splashes of 1100oC (2000oF). It is not recommended for direct contact with any heat source. It is recommended for a tight fit choose a braided sleeve diameter that is a smaller size than required for your application.
