Is the sting worth it?
Have used for 2 weeks now. Stings profusely like little pins in your eyes, then a gritty feeling. Makes your eyes water and screw up your face. It is not nice. Not sure if the drops are working but the gel is amazing. Have been using for 4 weeks. Noticed a good difference after 3 days. I have had severe blepharitis for 25 years and tried every eye drops on the market. At last some relief! It stings on application but not for long and I'm already getting used to it. I wake up and can open my eyes properly, I don't have to shut an eye because of the pain. The light sensitivity is better too. Me eyes are more relaxed. I hope it continues to improve. My optometrist recommended it and is keen to see what kind of improvement this new treatment has as she hasn't got any patients on this treatment. Definitely worth a try. Read full review

Results repay consistent application.
Easy to use drops and the results are worth the initial transitional stinging. Do you automatically close your eyes when someone is trying to put drops in them? The easiest method is to instil them onto the inside corner (next to your nose) of your closed eye. The medication will work its way under the lid. I guess the stinging sensation varies with the individual but in my case it was severe and almost as bad as an attack of dry eye. I certainly would not recommend them as artificial tears for children! Consistent use seems to lessen the sensation and after 3 days I hardly noticed anything. However, if there is a gap in the frequency ( i.e. you forget to put them in for a few hours or miss a day) the sting is back with enough tear-producing pain to remind you not to forget them again! My optometrist said it IS safe to use and that the stinging is not an indication of injury/damage to the eye. I'm hoping to cure my dry eye syndrome with continual use but cannot say a) how long it would take b) if it's possible to cure it permanently.Read full review

Manuka drops for dry eye
I am actually using it with my dog who has dry. He was on a prescription which was a steroid as well as being quite expensive. I tried making manuka drops but it’s tricky and you must be sure they don’t get contaminated. I’ve been using for about a year and I think these drops are great.

Dry Eye Relief
3 days in and so far my eyes feel less dry after 12 years compared to other dry eye drops which did nothing, the redness is not as extreme but hopefully after using it a bit longer it will make them even less red, they're less red at night and light sensitivity has lessened as well. Does initially burn but it goes away after 20 seconds. It should not make it worse, if it does stop immediately.

This is really good, works for my blepharitis, I just need to not use mascara because I think I keep reinfecting myself with it. But fantastic product, if I don’t use eye makeup my issues go away.

Finally drops that actually work
I have meibomian gland dysfunction. Tried every single eye drop imaginable with little to no relief. Was recommended these drops by my specialist. Was about to just give up and live with it but thought I’d give it a shot. So glad I did. My eyes for the first time since getting meibomian gland dysfunction feel normal again and have continued to improve with regular use. Has an initial sting but the results are well worth it
