Not only does it save time but it saves the effort of needing to wring it out every other panel (much like the chamois). The high pile, 1200gsm setup also ensures no streaks when used correctly as well as a very low chance of scratching/swirl marking your vehicle's paintwork when drying. Can be used right out of the box without any real prep work to it. There are other types of microfiber cloth brands out there in the same 1200gsm range, however, Bowden's has gotten it right from the get go. Bowden's has zero issues, right out of the package. You won't experience any hassles at all. Just keep it clear from the ground and dirt. Also make sure to wash it properly now and then to keep it fresh for the next carwash job. Give it a go.
