Excellent product for the price and performs well.
Overall: excellent product for the price and it works well. Advantages: I am not using this item for hot water so having the ability to leave the heating side switched off is a bonus. I also like the fact that base tank can hold a full 10L of water, certainly saves having to refill it every 2-3 days. I also like the feature of being able to use other water bottles with the change of the collar device. Minor disadvantages: I have found the chilled water tank a little small only being able to get 2 glasses of water before having to wait for the tank to refill and cool down. I was surprised at the height of the unit with the water tank on top which can make it a little tricky to refill when sitting on a standard height kitchen bench, probably would be better used on a small stand that is not quite as high as a kitchen bench. Upon first setup and fill and then the first use as per following the instruction booklet, I had an issue where the cold water lever action button did not close and seal properly which then filled the drip dray and overflowed onto the kitchen bench overnight as it was not noticed before I went to bed and I found it the next morning. This minor flooding issue has not occurred since as after multiple operations of the push button for the cold water it seems to be sealing properly. Read full review

Very disappointed
I haven't tried the heating yet but the cooling function is very poor, only the first half glass will be little bit cold and the rest is just normal temperature water. And once you used that cold half glass you have to wait for 5-10 mins to get the water cooled again. I wouldn't recommend it.

Images don't give it justice how big it is and how much bench space it takes up .. the cold & Hot switches are great options.. Unit is pretty quiet.. How to sssemble instructions leave a lot to be desired as they are very basic. It takes some thought to figure out how to assemble properly.. .. ..

Pretty good overall
Works well and the water tastes excellent once filtered. Hot water is steaming hot. Only thing to know is that with the cold water, you can only get about a glass and maybe half at a time of the cold water before it needs a few minutes to cool the next batch of water down. Overall good product
