The Academy 1/32 early production F-4E is an excellent example of how plastic model kits should be built. Everything fits together and the range of options provided is outstanding, from a JASDF fighter / interceptor to the pure ground attack / tactical bomber of the RAAF and everything USAF in between, this model can handle any modellers scenario / diorama. The blast plates at the rear are not entirely accurate but, with a bit of research and patience, they can be sanded and re-riveted to look perfect without, the extra expense of an aftermarket add on.
