I was concerned that the price was too low to produce a quality Julienne cutter but I trust the Victorinox Brand. I have a knife set and all my filleting knifes, boning knifes, cleavers and peelers are Victorinox. I'm so glad this is just as good. It easily goes through all vegetables. Enjoy!
