Excellent product - my second purchase
The dual timer is extremely useful as we often have multiple jobs concurrently. The other very useful feature is the ability to increase or decrease the sound volume. Some timers do not have this feature and for senior citizens quieter mode is much appreciated

battery backing removal difficult
Works well, but the backing to remove and replace batteries is extremely difficult to remove. There is no "off button" so the only way to save battery when not in use is to try and remove the cover and remove the batteries (this has proven very difficult, I have yet been unable to pry it open again after opening it the first time to put batteries in).

Poorly designed and assembled
The batteries (not supplied) do not fit. The magnets are too weak to hold it on to the fridge door. Very disappointing. The timer functions do however work quite well.
