I thought it was just so-so. Nothing really to hold your interest. It was vey different from most of the other ones I have read. Kinda slow moving, and ended slow, not a book that I just had to get back to.

I could not put this book down once I started reading it. It's full of great interviews with people close to Aaron Hernandez as well as those close to his murder trials. James Patterson didn't over write this book. The story he told was simple yet compelling. I am not a sports fan, yet you wouldn't have to be one to want to read this true tale. In conclusion I learned these things: Aaron Hernandez was a talented athlete who had the potential to have it all. Unfortunately he felt that he was above the law and had no respect for human life. I only hope that Mr Hernandez understood the true meaning of John 3:16 as he took his own life. I also hope that he made amends with the Lord before death.... because he didn't make amends with those he hurt here on earth.
