Sharpens back to razor sharpness in minutes.
This sharpener is amazing. I have never been able to successfully sharpen knives with a stone or the small manual disk sharpeners. This 15/20 has put the razor sharp back into my Japanese Global knives and yes with a few days I have two cuts on my fingers again.
